About me

  Playing video games is my favorite pastime, RPG being my favorite genre. I love it so much that I started to learn about modding games. I began my journey as a modder from changing small features and fixing bugs to rewriting the entire item system to create more "build" diversity. This brought me so much joy when I realized that I was playing my favorite game that is custom tailored to my liking. I enjoyed it so much that I started to learn more about computer software which led me to majoring in computer science during my college years. Before that I was also a theatre student, who has performed in numerous plays, allowing me the opportunity to step out of my own skin and see things from new and interesting perspectives.
  While attending college, I obtained and refined my skill in C++ and Java. Additionally this past year, I attended a highly selective boot camp called a/A and sharpened my language skills such as JavaScript and Ruby. Not only am I well-versed in computer languages, I'm also fluent in two human languages as well, English and Vietnamese. I'm currently mastering my skill with Japanese. While attending the boot camp, I also enhanced my skill with frameworks such as Ruby on Rails and the MERN stack. I was an Software Engineer Intern at App Academy and I'm making more mods for some of my favorite games such as Baldur's Gate 3, Divinity Original Sins 2 and X-Men Legends 2. I am currently a Chapman University's Computer Science student with a minor in Game Development.
